Is there a maximum number of documents?
For the testing platform, a single document (.doc, .csv, .pdf, .ppt, .txt, .xlxs) or webpage (not a full website) is required. When a client signs up for the full solution, the client can add up to 3 full websites, 10 webpages and 10 documents.
How long does it take for my uploaded document or website to be ready for use?
The time it takes to ingest data is dependent on the size of the document or website (i.e. the number of web pages that the website has) - the goal is for this to be completed in about 5 minutes, but it sometimes takes longer. Once the processing of the upload document(s) or provided websites is completed, you’d be notified on the eBanqo platform. The trial on this test website allows for documents or a single web page (not a website with multiple pages), so it is typically completed in less than 1 minute.
How is this Dynamic FAQs service priced?
eBanqo’s default monthly pricing is determined by the number of unique chat customers. Each band of unique chat customers has some Dynamic FAQ tokens included. When the included number of monthly Dynamic FAQ tokens has been utilized, an additional fee of $0.02 per 1,000 tokens applies. Ask for a quote to get an accurate estimate

Can I have the bot be customized for my company?
eBanqo’s clients can personalize their Bots within the “Bot Settings” and “Dynamic FAQs” modules in the eBanqo platform. The eBanqo team can assist with complex customizations that may or may not require integrations to the client’s backend systems.
Would my customers be able to get answers to FAQs on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and other channels?
The eBanqo platform provides a consistent experience to clients’ customers on all chat channels i.e. WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, Google Business, In-App, Web chat, and eBanqo Chat. For this test, only the web channel is being showcased. In addition to the FAQs Bot, other services available via the eBanqo platform include Live chat (auto-assign, escalation, etc), Self-service chatbots (customer service and transactional automations), and broadcasts (to one customer or to multiple customers).
